mouse and keyboard problems

i had millinium on my computer i took it to what i was a
professional to have windows exp installed on my comp now
when i try to get on the comp it does not recognize the
mouse and the keyboard so im unable to do anything what
could the problem be i would appreciate any help thanks

Take it back to the professional. You paid to have this done, everything
should work and, assuming he's reliable, he warrantee's his work.
