Mountvol not mounting SAN attached volumes

I am trying to dismount and mount SAN attached volumes via the command line
(scripts) and found that the mountvol command should work for this task. It
dismounts the volume no problem but cannot mount it again. When mounting, it
takes the command the first time, but fails to actually mount the drive; no
error produced. If I execute the command again, it gives me an error of "The
parameter is incorrect". The command I am using to mount is as follows:

mountvol H: \\?\Volume{0d22437c-5bcc-11da-8f48-0007e90a715f}\

These volumes are located on a Hitachi HDS 9570 array through a Brocade
fabric. The server uses Emulex HBA's.

Any ideas on why this isn't working? Or, does anyone have a better solution
for mounting and dismounting volumes from the command line for SAN attached
storage?
