Does someone know if mounted medium format slides can be scanned with a
flatbed scanner (e.g. Canon 9950F or Epson 4180, 4990 .)?

Thanks

Raoul

I've scanned mounted slides (6*6) in my 4870 by laying them in the 4*5 sheet
film holder. Works fine.

I scanned a 6 x 6 mounted slide on my 4870 & worked fine. I just laid
the slide on the glass, since the mount itself separates the film from
the glass, in other words, the mount itself is the holder. When I get
to the stage of scanning all my MF mounted slides, I'll place 12 or so
slides on the glass (3 across, 4 down). I'll even place the slides edge
to edge to fill the glass & see how that works, but I'm not there, yet.
I'd like to scan as many as I can at one time.

BTW, did not print the slide, but it looked good on the monitor.
