motive support client command line interface

Does anyone know what motive support client command line
interface is? My computer is giving me this message when
I first turn it on, that this program has to shut down
and to send a report. Then the system hangs forever and
locks up during the initial boot,(this takes up to 5
minutes) however once the boot has finished everything
seems to be working fine. What does this mean and what do
I need to do to correct the boot up problem? Any help is
much appreciated.

Remove spyware with Spybot Search & Destroy and/or Ad-aware. Stop
unnecessary programs from starting with Windows, including anything
from related to this "motive". See if that solves your problem.

Do you have a HP computer? Apparently Motive Support is a supplier of
something called a "tuner" for Pavilions and perhaps other computers. See
this web page, and contact HP, as Motive Support is separate from Microsoft.
