would a motherboard with 333Mhz Front side speed support 266 fsb proccessor
or only 333mhz?
In other words does it support backward compatibilty on this?

Motherboard in mind is the asrock k7s8x

Please don't get suckered by marketing terms, we're talking 133Mhz and
166Mhz.

Usually backwards compatible, at least every board I've used.

I have no knowledge of this board but I'd be willing to bet big that it will
run 133Mhz FSB (266 data rate)
 
With most motherboards you can select the bus speed. You will probably be able to select 200, 266, or 333 Mhz.
