motherboard recommendation

Did a partial upgrade earlier in the year to Core 2 e6400 on an ASRock Dual
series motherboard. This was so I could keep my AGP card and DDR Ram. I then
upgraded the graphics card to PCIe, now I'm considering making the second
step and getting a new motherboard and RAM.

I'm looking for a budget 775 motherboard to house an e6400. I want to get
2GB of RAM now and leave space for another 2GB (at least) later. I need
on-board sound, network, SATA, at least 1 EIDE/PATA and I would like
firewire, but not at a big price premium as a PCI firewire card would only
be £10 or so.

I am quite happy to shop around to find prices/shipping etc, so motherboard
recommendations please? I haven't been to tomshardware or anywhere else for
that matter to read any reviews yet, but have heard that the latest chipset
to 'go for' is the P35?
