'Most Used' word in document

Is there a way that I can get Word to count the most used word in my document?

For example - if the word 'participation' was used 200 times in my document
(and this word has been used mroe than any other single word), could I get
Word to flag this up as the most used word?

Maybe you could use the macro by Doug Robbins found at:

Based on the active document, the macro creates a new document that lists
the words incl. the number of occurrences. If you select "FREQ" when asked
about the sort order, the most used word will be listed first.
