I find that when I select a site from my Favorites list,
what is displayed isn't always the most current page.
This happens when I select stock quotes and sometimes
they're from a week ago! Refresh always fixes this, but
is there a way to force the browser to go first to the
web before using it's cache?

Andy,

Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options/Settings/"Check for newser versions of stored pages". Set it to "Automatically"
