Generic answer is many find Corsair Valueselect from
Newegg.com et al to be a good choice. Lower CAS would be a
half-dozen % faster, and more expensive, and with 2GB
installed your motherboard may set it to the slower CAS
speed anyway if you leave the bios set ot auto/spd mode
which you should unless you feel competent changing timings
and testing the stability... the latter you should do anyway
with something like memtest86+.
