More pages at once and folder options

Normally on one pc I use, if I open additional web pages then the ones
already open stay open.

But I'm having the trouble on another computer, in that the minute I open
another page it opens in that window *already* open.

So I'm unable to view two different pages at the same time. Both computers
are using Internet Explorer 7.

I have gone to folder options in control panel and chosen the option of
'open each folder in its own window', but that does not make any difference.

Can anyone advise please, how to open each web page in an additional window;
so I can view more than one page at once. Thanks.

You might want to post at: microsoft.public.interenetexplorer.general as
that is where the IE experts hang out.
