More Multiuser Problems

I have a problem with a database that i have. The problem is that the
database has been split into a FE / BE configuration. Each user has a copy of
the front database and the back end sit in a shared folder on a network
drive. All users can connect to the database at the same time which is great
as yesterday i couldn't even get it to do that. The problem now is that
multiple users cannot open the same form at the same time. It says that the
database is opened exclusively - but it isn't.

Each of the users have full permissions on the shared drive and folder.

Anyone got any ideas on what needs to be done to allow each user to have the
forms open at the same time and input data at the same time????

ADP works for me

Hate to preach. I would use this incident to justify refactoring to ADP. Even if you use the scaled down version of MS SQL server on the office CD, it will work more reliably and be easier to maintain and administrate.
