older plain colored Office ones off of VStudio 6.0 Graphics folder....
I've always relied on them. I'm not sure if .NET 2003 or 2005 install any
of these.
VS.NET 2002/2003 Professional and some of the "better" editions contain
VS6's graphics library. For VS 2005 the graphics library has been updated
and now contains VS 2005 style toolbar icons.

Worse comes to worse you can lift them using PRNT-SCRN and editing them in
Paint.
I hate self-installing exe's for things like "icons." I don't trust them.
I mean, at least Zip Exe's allow you to right-click on them and extract
them using WinZip without executing them. But these propritary exe's...
maybe InstallShield exe's or maybe not. I don't care... I don't use them.
