How to disable toolstrip onhover

Hello everyone,

Is there any way to disable the toolstrip's onhover background?
Because when I hover my mouse over a toolstrip button, the background
turns to orange. I don't know if this behavior is affected by the
current windows theme setting. I just want the toolstrip button where
the mouse pointer currently is to stay the same.
