More help on removing the fake SVCHOST.EXE

In reply to my earlier post, I was directed to

I have some more querries:

1) Is there an automated removal tool for removing the SVCHOST and remnants
of the MSBLAST/welchia virus.
2) In the narrative for removal of the infected locations, the last point
mentions about reconnect the network - What are the commands for the same.
For stopping the command is NET STOP

Please help.
