more footnotes...

I would like to set different places within the same page to point to the
same footnote. So

bla bla{11}

bla bla again {11}

{11} only one footnote

When using single digit footnotes, I was working around it by replacing the
second footnote and deleting the previous one.

Any idea how to do this with 2 (or more) digit footnotes?

Insert | Reference | Cross-reference to Footnote: Footnote number
(formatted). The balance of your post makes no sense to me.

Assuming you have Word 2002 or Word 2003:

For all of your footnotes, the first time you cite a footnote, click on
Insert | Reference | Footnote. The second and subsequent time you need
to cite the same footnote, click on Insert | Reference | Cross-reference
| Reference type: Footnote | Insert reference to: Footnote number |
<select a footnote> | Insert.

Thanks. Is it possible to copy the same formatting of the other footnotes or
do I have to set them through formatting?

If you are referring to preserving the superscript formatting of the
original note, you can insert the cross-reference to "Footnote number
(formatted)."
