Monthly Calander size

I would like to adjust the size of the squares for the monthly calander view
so that more than two appointments will show on each day. I do not want to
have to switch to the weekly view in order to see the appointments for each
day. Is it possible to have more than two appointments show in the monthly
view. If yes, how do I make this happen?

By increasing the size of the calendar window, you should be able to see
more appointments, up to a maximum of about six to eight, ISTR. If the
resolution of your screen doesn't permit it, then increase the screen
resolution.

The same what you increase the size of any Window: click on the window
border and drag it larger.

The only drag and drop that I am able to do makes the entire window larger,
side to side, it does not increase the size of the individual day windows,
nor does it increase the number of appointments that are able to be seen each
day. Do I possibly need to do something to enable a drag and drop for the
individual boxes?

I think your only option, then, is to increase the monitor's resolution.

Ruby, I have been fighting this issue for several weeks. Sometimes when I am
working with the calendar 3 or more appointments show in each date. Other
times when I try to view my appointments it is back to 2, and no matter what
I do I cannot get it to change. I just went in and checked the FONT size on
the DATE and TIME settings. My Time setting was at 16pts. I changed it to
8pts and now I see all appointsments for the day.

I have not tried shutting down, rebooting or anything else but I will as
soon as I finish the reply. I hope this solves my problem and also helps you.
