month view start week

Does anyone know how to force outlook to put the current
week "on top" when selecting the month view option?
Currently, it always puts the week that contains the
first date of the month as the top row - which requires
the user to look down to find the current week. Of
course this is usually no problem during the first couple
days of the month, but after that, it is a pain. If
anyone knows a solution, that would be greatly
appreciated!

No, you can't change this behavior, which many people find annoying.
 
Not the answer I was hoping for, but at least I won't
