Monitoring Software

Hello,
I'd like to find monitoring software that would allow me to analyse my
employees web surfing habits, bandwith, potentially intrusion detection. I'm
using windows 2000 server.
Also is there anything native to my OS that comes close to this kind of
service?

Websense is a pretty good software package and easy to use.

nothing native in WIndows. Plenty of stuff on Linux though.
