monitoring CPU temperature

Is there any way to monitor the temperature and fan speed while working? The
only thing I've seen is on startup and somewhere in system information but I
can't find it now.

Mbprobe is also useful, some boards work with speedfan, some with mbprobe,
some both or neither!

Note that you need giveio.sys installed for mbprobe to work.

Motherboard Monitor 5 is what I use on my Abit NF7v2 but you need to find
out what motherboard you have and its version to select it when you
configure MBM5. it also worked for an old FIC, AM37 Mobo I had. Didn't work
with my Gigabyte GA-7NNXP though... You can google MBM5.
