Monitor Resolution

My desktop is smaller than my monitor screen. I tried booting in safemode and resetting the settings throught the control panel. Once I booted in safe mode I went to control panel and reset the settings. Could not get out of control panel and get to start menu to restart my computer. Had to push the reboot (?) key on the tower to restart the computer. The resolution did not change. When I boot the computer I receive a pop-up that ask me if I want to change the resolution of my screen click this button. After clicking on the button I receive an error code; C:\windows\system32\NVCpl.dll A dynamtic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed. Does any person have any ideas on how to fix this problem

Thank you, any help would be appreciated

It sounds as though the Vertical and Horizontal SIZEs
on your Monitor require adjustment.
(Unless you have a Laptop/Notebook)

Jake and elwood,

Try downloading the latest Nvdia drivers and installing them and see if your
problem is resolved.
