Monitor resolution

Is ther a way for the monitor resolution to change for each account?
For example, I want my account to have the highest resolution, but my
mother's has to have a lower one so that she doesn't have to strain her eyes
to read correctly.

WinXP has no in-built capability to accept per user display
settings, but this might help:
