When I turn on my computer it says there's a monitor problem o
something and it says press f1 to enter setup pr f2 to continue an
since I don't know who to fix it then I continue but my pc sometime
shuts off on it's own. I think it has to do with that or either it'
shutting down because I'm spending too much time on it? I do shut dow
every night and stuff so it won't over heat if there is a such thing.

It's very difficult to provide help when you don't provide clear information
about the problem. Telling us you have "a monitor problem or something" is
very imprecise.

Please provide the exact verbatim text of the error message.

That's not likely a monitor problem, the message you are seeing is being
generated by the system BIOS, you likely have a hardware issue and should
get the PC looked at by a qualified tech.

I can't really show the entire message error without writing it mysel
down and then typing it here so I'll do so tomorrow. Thanks for th
help, anyway

Okay I wrote down the whole thing on paper and here it goes.

That's not a monitor problem but rather a hardware problem detected in
the BIOS. Could be almost anything from actual hardware failure to CMOS
corruption.

For starters, entering F1 and setting all BIOS options to default could
cure the problem. At least it will give you the opportunity to read each
entry/report and post the info here.
