Monitor Printer Usage Per User

I'm lookin for a method of monitoring the usage of my shared network printers
and using the data to provide pages per user usage reports.

Both the object access auditing as well as the 'MOM Print Server Management
Pack' don't seem to generate the data required.

Any suggestions on how this can be achieved?
