Monitor on 100% of the time

When I leave the computer, the monitor turns goes into sleep mode after a few
minutes. Where to I turn that feature off, so the monitor is on 100% of the
time?

I have searched the Display section in the Contorl Panel to no avail.

You will find that setting in the power options of the control panel
