Hello. I just installed Service PAck 2 on my XP Home Edition computer and now
everytime I go to start playing a game, Homeworld 2, as the case may be, the
monitor goes black, the sound turns off and I can get no response from the
machine. I know it has to do with SP2 because I've unistalled it and
everything works fine. Thanks in advance for any help anyone can give. - James

sp2 has many fixes
that include plugging
up security breaches.

it's possible the game
was using a hole in
the system, maybe by
design or for unethical
reasons.

the fix requires to be
provided by the game
programmers....
