Monitor is not working

My monitor is not working and its power button is blinking instead of having its light steady. Sorry, did you guys get my point? -.-

Screen make model?
Computer make model?

What have you tried?

Try another monitor, or, try your monitor on another PC

does any "text" appear on screen?

what muckshifter said. We need some more info.
Some things to check:
1. Is it set to the type of cable you have connected to ? For example, Analog/VGA, Display Port, DVI, etc
2. Have you tired the monitor on different computers and seen if it works?
