Monitor garbled

Has anyone had Window XP affect their laptop (or other)
monitor? Mine has recently changed colors and is streaked
with black lines when I turn it on. If you had the
problem, what did you do?

The latest XP-compatible drivers for your video card
should take care of that. Check the mfr's website.
