Monitor displays "Out of range"

I have a ATI AIW 7500 64MB AGP video card.

ATI AIW 7500 AGP displays "Out of range" at bootup. I had this video card in
3 computers and monitors it displays the same error "Out of range" and the
computer halts.

Also, I can't even enter in the CMOS.

What's happening?

What's happening?

That's the message a display shows when the refresh rate is above or
below what the display can handle. If you've had the same message with
3 different displays it's time to get a new card.

It's time for a new card. I'm going to get the "ATI ALL-IN-WONDER 9600 128MB
AGP RETAIL" in one week.
