Monior Changes

We have some software that makes Active directory changes when run.
Problem is we dont know what changes it makes.
I need some way to monitor changes to user accounts.
Anything from location or exchange store in the users account.
I have tried NETIQ and tried WINTERNALS products.
Any other suggestions?

Auditing of Directory Services Events. Then use something like you
mentioned, or HP OVOW, MOM, etc. to monitor the event logs.
