money scams

Certainly not in a technical newsgroup intended to answer questions people
might have about Access, the database product that's part of Office
Professional.

I'd ask your ISP.

Where can I report e-mail trying to scam money from you?

If it is a "Nigerian Scam" which purports to be asking your assistance in
claiming money from an account in some third world country (not necessarily
Nigeria) and transferring it to the US, you can forward the message and all
headers to (e-mail address removed), the department of the Secret Service in
the Department of the Treasury that handles that type of scam.

Anything else, forward the message and full headers to the ISP and the news
server (if it's a newsgroup post) of the sender with a polite message
something like:

Your user spammed me with the following. I believe that is against
your Terms of Service or Appropriate Use Policy. Please take
appropriate action. Thank you.

And, BTW, Doug is correct that this isn't the place for addressing the issue
of Internet scams, but I've answered as best I can because I don't know what
newsgroup you should visit for this.
