MONEY EXPRESS unable to start!!!!!

I get this errir every time I reboot Window 2000XP
I do not have MONEY 2004 software on this laptop.
How can I get rid off it???? Please help it is running
me crasy.

You could check Msconfig to see if you have an entry
that you could remove.

Start>Run>Msconfig>Startup
