Money 2005

I have seen many comments on the download of stock prices wether you want
them or not. My question is can Money 2005 download the prices if money is
not open but you have an active intrnet line open

A program which is not running will not download anything.

If you have more detailed questions please ask them in a newsgroup
which supports Microsoft Money. This particular newsgroup is for a
different program, the database Microsoft Access.

My guess is the answer is really maybe. It depends on the setup in
prior years. (Money has a small application that can run in the background
to get this kind of information on a scheduled bases. For all I know it
uses the Window's scheduler. In any case I don't know about Money 2005 yet.

Penguin, you need to go to a MS Money newsgroup

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try a
newsgroup devoted to the program you are using. You should find people
better able to address your problem there than here.

Thought mayby this as a general area might be OK.

Give microsoft.public.money or annexcafe.general.user2user a try.
