MOM.Implementation file

I just downloaded the latest drivers et all for my ATI All-in-Wonder 9700
pro and receive the following error message during boot up:

Cannot find file or its dependencies.
MOM.Implementation, Version 2.0.2589.34834, Culture = Neutral
PublicKey Token = 90ba9c70f84672a

A Google search pointed to a message saying reloading the driver fixed the
problem. Unfortunately for me this didn't work.

Does anyone have a fix for this?
