I've been noticing that my monitor has been twitching right to left and after
a while it starts to get annoying, I have no idea how to fix this I tried
lowing the resolution and no effect, I thought it might have been my video
card, but I borrowed a video card from a friends system and the same thing
happens, so I m thinking my monitor is dieing is in less its something else.

Yep, time to go shopping.

I had the same happen to me and I ordered a replacement, but while waiting
for it's arrival, I read in a monitor forum, that if powerpacks of
accessories are placed too close to the CRT-monitor, it will cause twitching
etc.
I now own 2 perfectly good monitors.

Yes, your monitor might be dying. But as Gerry said - examine your
working environment. I just had a client complain about a similar
problem with his monitor. I made an onsite call, walked in, moved the
subwoofer from behind the monitor where the client had put it (and
positioned the subwoofer under the desk), problem solved. So check
speaker and subwoofer positions and any other electrical devices that
are near the monitor before you buy a new one.
