Module cascades all items on open...

Hi everyone! Using A02 on XP. Not a programmer but do use event procedures
(itsy bit of visual basic). Recently something strange has happened.
Whenever I click on the elipsis of an event procedure on forms, reports and
modules in design view, Access has started opening the code of EVERYTHING in
my DataBase file - all forms, all reports, all modules. I've checked in
Tools and View but cannot see where I can change this. When I am on a form
working on the BeforeUpdate property, I don't want to watch and wait 3 to 4
seconds while bunches and bunches of cascading windows open up with the one I
want on top.

Totally weird. Can anyone give me a clue where I change that feature?

Maximize one of the code windows. Then close the outer window.

All of the code files are opened when you travel to this screen,
always. You're just waiting for Windows to paint them all. With one
of the windows maximized it only has to paint the one.

Thanks VERY much for the speed of light response! Not sure how it happened
as it 'seemed' my code window was maximized. All is well now thanks to you.
