Hi,
We have a lot of "template" presentations with a lot of text/graphics where
we need to manually find and insert client names and a couple of other
variables. In Word we use userforms to fill in this information, but for
powerpoint this does not seem to work in edit mode. Any suggestions?
Thanks.

One approach is to link the text from an Excel worksheet to the PPT file.
Change the data in Excel and it automatically updates in PPT.

There are several commercial addins that will bring data in from Excel or other
sources and merge it with PowerPoint templates. Our PPTMerge is one
