Modifying text in Chart Tips

Hi,
I want to change the text that is displayed in the Chart
Tip when the mouse pointer is held over a point. I would
like to put a description there. Is there any way I can
do this?

That's less straightforward than you'd think. Tushar Mehta has
constructed an addin that will do this for you. Look for Hover Label on
his web site (http://tushar-mehta.com).
