Modifying and deleting lists

I have created some lists on a worksheet that I want to
use the contents of in other worksheets in the same
workbook.The lists are in adjacent columns across the
worksheet.

Now however I want to add to and extend some of these
lists and have not yet found a way of acheiving this other
then creating and naming a new list with the added data.

Also after having created new lists I have not been able
to delete the old ones.

I have searched HELP, but to no avail. Any suggestions
much appreciated.

You could use dynamic formulas to define the ranges. These will change
as data is added or removed. There are some instructions here:
