Modify the Welcome to Domain message

When a machine is joined to a Windows 2000 Domain, a message box appears stating "Welcome to the ..... domain". We want to modify this message with Custom text for all machines that are joined to the 2K Domain. How is this done

You'll find it in the Group Policies. I don't remember
exactly where but it's in there somewhere. Hope that's
enough to get you going.
