modify the unbound text box in form to view 2 fields with a comma and space
separator.
 
I'm not one of the Access guru's but if I understand your short question..
If your two fields are bound to Text1 and Text2 and the name of the unbound
text is uBound for this example, then

uBound = Text1 & ", " & Text2

I think that should do it
