Modify email properties to inc contact,dept,title info.

How do i modify my email account so that others can click on my name and see
further details about me e.g. office location, department, telephone number
etc. Does the administrator need to do this?
 
If you are referring to your listing in the organization's address book, yes, this is something the email administrator usually manages.
