Modify Default User profile?

Hi guys. I was wondring if there was any way to modify the Default
user profile in XP. I'm referring the account folder that is copied
and used to create a new user. For instance, if I wanted to make the
same wallpaper for new accounts that are made, is there a way to do
this? Thanks.

You can do it like so:
1. Create a new account.
2. Log on under this account.
3. Configure everything the way you like it.
4. Reboot.
5. Log on as Administrator.
6. Control Panel / System / User Profiles.
7. Copy the profile for the new account to the "Default User" folder.
8. Delete the new account & profile folder (unless you wish to
retain it for future use).
