Modify Data that Appears on a Calendar Event

On a weekly view of a Calendar I would like to see the 'Start Time' and the
'Contact Name' . I can not find instructions to do so. Please Help

Start time shows on the monthly if the day is wide enough (make the calendar
bigger by making the navigation and to-do panes smaller) - its assumed you
don't need to see the time in day and week views because of the time scale.
Hover over the item and the time shows in a tool tip.

Contacts name won't show unless you enter their name in the location field.

Diane, thanks for your reply. Version 2007... it's the 'Weekly' view I am
focused on. I have 50 or so, appoints every week. I would like to print out
a 'Weekly' that has the 'Contact' Name' and 'Start Time' displayed in each 1
hour box. The time scale on the left is difficult to accurately as you scan
further down the week.

I would like to view and print this type of calendar. Any recommendations.
Your book looks very good. I will order one immediatly. I have been using a
relational database for years (ACT! 10.0) and would like to generate reporst
that are contact centric where I can view all activities related to a
specific client.
