Modify an existing Switchboard Form

I have a Switchboard with multi tabs created by someone else that I modified
by going into design view, copied and pasted an existing checkbox, then
modified its properties. The checkbox gives me the desired results, but it
appears on every page, not just the page I wanted it on. How do I add this
checkbox w/o it showing on every tab. I have Access 2000.

Copying and pasting controls onto a Tab Control can sometimes be a little
tricky. If you do not get it just right it will not be placed on the tab and show
through everywhere (as you have observed).

The easy thing to do is cut the control you want and then click on the individual
tab *page* itself (using the tab list across the top) and then go to Edit | Paste
from the menu bar to make sure it gets put on just particular tab.

Hope that helps,
