Modified Windows hotkeys/shortcuts

I have seen the list posted of Windows hotkeys/keyboard shortcuts, but my
computer has been modified. I can't remember, in the past, how I got a
listing of my current Windows keyboard shortcuts...I think I went through the
command util...I'm not sure, but I know it was about 4 or 5 steps and some
lists to choose from.(?) Can someone refresh my memory as to how to go about
having my computer listing MY CURRENT Windows keyboard shortcuts? NOT the
standard, default shortcuts that come with Windows? It would be much
appreciated. Thank you!

I visited the site you suggested, but I don't understand a word of it.
There are no clear directions. I tried all of the suggestions in "Run" but
nothing worked. Can you provide simple steps to help me find this list so I
can print it please?
