Modem Sharing

I have a Windows 2000 server with RAS configured for
inbound dial up access. Is it possible to share the same
modems for outbound dialup?

You cannot use the same modem simultaneously for both in-bound and out-bound
connections. You will get phone line busy when you are trying to do in-bound
and out-bound dial-up is connected & vice-versa.
However you can use same modem for accepting in-bound connection when it's
not used for out-bound dialup and viceversa.
