modem driver update

where can I find a modem driver update so that I can use
my modem card with windows XP. My modem is a PCMCIA Card
Modem 'Twister' 1456v QC-T5. I noticed my modem is not
on the list of compatible modems for XP does this mean I
have to buy a new modem?
