modem autodiaing

Hi!

I have windows xp installed i have a motorola pci internal modem. My windows
keeps on dialing automatically through that modem. I have aslo disabled
autodialing from Internet options in control panel. but it still keeps on
dialing automatically.

Can anybody help

Go into your bios and in the power management section see
if you have a wake or resume on ring enabled. If it
is,select disable and try that....Good luck.
