Mobility Radeon 7500 AGP w/ a 2005FPW?

Anyone know if a Mobility Radeon 7500 will display at 1680x1050 for my
Dell widescreen? I can't seem to get it to work, and the newest ATI
drivers will not install. I have driver v. 6.13.10.6243 on my Sony
PCG-GRX550. I'm trying to extend to this monitor...

Everything is working now, with the newest Omega driver. Sony hasn't
created any new drivers for the ATI, I think. At least I'm getting the
optimal resolution now, and it works great. The trick was using the
control panel settings that came with Omega to set my Dell as the
primary and getting the right setting with some tweaking... honestly,
not sure what I did to make it work...
