It sure does, which is why im thinking of a way to get a good deal. Might take out a deal online with 02, then the next day try and cancel, say i cant afford it or something, cause there is a 14 day cooling off period on most of them, and see what they say. Dont like to be sly, but the money is better in my pocket than theirs. Only problem is if they go "no problem, thats it cancelled" lol.
